Don't get too excited, I'm not "releasing" Baby Boy's name yet. We did, however, come to a decision this evening. We're going to copy the baby's Godfather and he's going to have two middle names.
We decided it would be nice to pass along the Lewis that is Zach, Roger and Roger's late father's middle name. We're going to put the Lewis second- so the last two initials will be L.C. like daddy, grandpa and great-grandpa.
We decided to keep the original middle name, and not just go with Lewis because the original name is also a family name, and because Mommy got sincerely attached to it, and I've been walking around calling LL by both his first and second name. So I wasn't really wanting to give it up. Call me crazy. It's just another way my baby is going to be different...

I love the two middle names idea! And that he's going to share a middle name with his daddy. Sean and his dad also have the same middle name and we were planning on passing it along too (some day).
all of troys fam has 2 middle names as well so this is my plan too! it actually is very helpful bc narrowing down names is HARD. i havent actually picked names, nor do i have a need to!, but i love the idea of 2 middle names and want to keep my maiden name as my second middle name when i get married as well. :) (i think i may give my future girls only one middle name for this reason too..)
