Will somebody please explain to me why there isn't a single, solitary place in Sugar Land that sells cupcakes (good ones, mind) that is open on Monday?

there is not a single location, i regret to inform you. i am president of the cupcake lovers anonymous club, so i would know. we'll have to take a trip to sugarbaby's in houston... sprinkles is now set to open fall 2009. i don't believe them!
i KNOW! stupid cucpcake cafe is ALWAYS CLOSED i feel like! what kind of business can they possibly get when they close at 6 on SATURDAYS!?
